Sparkling wines - new for 2020

The first harvest of the Vignoble Innovant du Val de Saône (VIVAS)*

26th August: the first harvest takes place of the Chardonnay vines of the Vignoble Innovant du Val de Saône, two years after their planting. This firm is dedicated to non-AOP/AOC sparkling wines, which are produced using brand new winemaking equipment at Nuits-Saint-Georges.
