Organic and biodynamic commitment
Our ambition is to create a team dedicated to wine, inspired and excitingIn the total the family directly cultivates 730ha of vines in Burgundy, Jura, Beaujolais, Rhône Valley and California. Each estate has its own vineyard manager who, through his knowledge of the vineyard, guarantees the production of high quality grapes, necessary to reach excellence. Their work is driven by common ethics: respect for nature and faithful interpretation of the terroirs for an authentic expression of these latter.
Reconciling the know-how of the wine-grower and the winemaker in a very close link between viticulture and wine-making. We want wines that reflect the impression of their terroir, coming from living soils, and which are part of history. Ecological, biological and even biodynamic farming practices in our fields stimulate biodiversity and treat vineyards as ecosystems. We take care to promote balance between land, wine and man to reveal the natural and peculiar personality of each plot.
Parcel monitoring, grape harvesting, winemaking and ageing are at the heart of our know-how. We want the wines of each of our Houses and Estates to reflect the impressions of their terroir. We take care to ensure the balance between earth, wine and men and women in order to reveal the natural and singular personality of each parcel.
The very demanding know-how of making sparkling wines requires vines, people and a lot of technic. Our wineries dedicated to the traditional method used for our Crémant de Bourgogne, Jura, Loire, and to the Charmat method ensure in-depth winemaking and blendings, which express both the terroirs of origin and the grape varietals.
