Louis Bernard winery was founded in 1976 in Orange, capital of the fiefdom of the Princes of Orange in Roman times and cradle of Côtes du Rhône wines and its renowned crus.
With an inventive and unconventional approach based on quality-oriented partnerships, Louis Bernard brings together winegrowing partners with a common ambition: to coax from the vineyards the finest expression of their terroir.
Smooth, round wines with fruity, spicy aromas, produced through testing and blending of grape varieties selected for their ability to thrive in increasingly extreme climatic conditions.
Linking the past to the present, the label on our bottles has a coat of arms reflecting the region's rich history and a classic arch-shaped label, recalling the gothic architecture of the Palais des Papes built in Avignon during the 14th century.
Through the classic range, Louis Bernard offers a selection of AOP wines from the southern and northern Rhône Valley.
The "Louis" cuvées, as their illustrious first name suggests, offer exceptional quality with a refined and intense character and more ageing potential.
