A remarkable harvesting schedule
The harvests
This year’s harvesting schedule was quite remarkable,
we had a tremendous rush to ensure we obtained
grapes with just the right balance of sugar and
acidity – with the green light for harvesting given 22

was a wonderful experience! It has been a year of
varying fortunes from plot to plot, within individual
