Amazing fruit notes
Initial tastings
‘The low levels of moisture in the soil experienced
this summer has not had a negative impact on our
star variety, the Grenache noir. In fact, it’s even
been helpful, as it’s produced just the right levels of
polyphenols, sugars and acids in the grapes as they
reached ripeness. The Grenache grapes which form
the basis of our wines were harvested from areas that
are, from a geographical and climate point of view,
particularly fertile - warm, complex, clay-type soils
which enabled us to harvest our Grenache grapes at
exactly the level of ripeness we were aiming for. The
vats currently undergoing maceration exhibit sweetness,
chewy, but not aggressive tannins rounded off by The Grenache blanc looks set to be a round wine
amazing fruit notes, such as strawberry. with characteristic white peach notes. Meanwhile,
The Syrahs are fresh, with well-defined aromas. the Viognier is developing a tropical fruit bouquet,
